The Open Labs, which are ecosystems for innovation, experimentation, and demonstration, are located on a dozen sites. Each Open Lab is dedicated to one of the seven principal agricultural products of Occitanie, and have the following goals:

The Open labs are located on different sites for greater proximity with the networks of actors involved in the innovative projects, i.e., Occitanum's work unit. The Open Lab is the right scale for site coordination to facilitate research and to organize experiment feedback for each sector.

The Open Labs are in constant dialogue with CORE, the project's resource center, for their feedback, knowledge and data.
